1. Service scope
WebTechio Labs provides website development, e-commerce, software, AI automation, integrations, maintenance and related digital services. The exact deliverables are defined by the selected subscription plan, written proposal, invoice, message confirmation or project scope agreed with the customer.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Subscription services may be billed monthly or yearly. Current standard website plan prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Fees for custom work, paid third-party tools, premium licences, unusually large catalogues, migrations, custom APIs or non-standard requirements may be quoted separately.
Renewals
Subscriptions continue for the paid billing period and may renew according to the payment arrangement selected. Customers are responsible for keeping billing and contact details current.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business details, copy, images, product data and approvals needed for delivery.
- Hold appropriate rights to any content or media supplied to us.
- Review deliverables and report material errors within a reasonable period.
- Use the website or software lawfully and maintain any required licences, registrations, taxes or regulatory permissions for their business.
4. Intellectual property
Customer-provided content remains the customer’s property. Pre-existing WebTechio Labs frameworks, reusable components, internal tooling and know-how remain ours unless a written agreement transfers them. Rights in bespoke deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement and payment status.
5. Third-party services
Domains, hosting providers, payment gateways, messaging platforms, APIs, fonts, plugins and external SaaS tools may be operated by third parties. Their availability, pricing and policies can change independently of WebTechio Labs.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the internet, third-party systems or external integrations. To the extent permitted by law, WebTechio Labs is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from service interruptions, third-party failures, customer misuse or content supplied by the customer.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service for unpaid invoices, illegal activity, abuse, security risk or material breach. Customers may request cancellation in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Export, migration or handover work outside the plan may require a separate scope.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when products, pricing or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
